Q. Is the entire Money View app being shut down or just the Investments section?

A. We are only discontinuing the investments (Green Account) section at this point in time and transactions will be allowed on it until the 28th of February, 2019. We’ll even provide you with all the assistance you need during this migration period until you’re satisfied.

Please remember that all other functional aspects of the Money View app will remain unchanged and the app will continue to run normally

Q. Why are we discontinuing investments (Green Account)?

A. This is a business decision as we move our focus toward our lending business.

Q. Are the Green Account transfer emails and SMSs I’ve received authentic?

A. This is an official communication from Money View. Please note that Money View Solutions is the investment arm of Money View with the official email address - support@moneyviewsolutions.com.

In case you have any further doubts, just send an email to us and we will furnish more details regarding your investment to establish authenticity.

Q. Do I need to withdraw all my money?

A. No, you don't need to withdraw your money if you wish to continue with your investment. While we’ll just disable all transactions on our app after the 28th of February, 2019, you can still do any transaction with your invested amount on the Asset Management Company’s platform

Q. Can we invest in the same folio? How do I go about it?

A. Yes, you can continue investing with the same folio using your respective AMC’s platform.

Here’s what you’ll need to do:

1. AMC – ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund Investments

2. AMC – Reliance Mutual Fund Investments
