Credit Tracker League Contest Terms & Conditions 

1. Participation and Eligibility: 

  • These Terms and Conditions are entered into between Moneyview Limited (formerly known as ‘Moneyview Private Limited’ and ‘Whizdm Innovations Private Limited’) and all registered users on the Moneyview platform who participate in the Credit Tracker League (CTL). 

  • By participating in CTL, participants unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

  • Participants must be Indian national and must be 18 years of age or older to participate. 

2. Participation Requirements: 

  • To be eligible for the rewards, participants must follow Moneyview on Instagram(https://www.instagram.com/mymoneyview/) and check their credit scores via the contest webpage during the specified campaign period. 

  • Only one entry per participant will be accepted. 

3. Reward Criteria: 

  • Participants in CTL shall be eligible to win prizes as specified in the contest announcement. 

  • Winners will be taken from the winning team of CTL(the team that tops the CTL table at the end of the campaign) 

  • Winners be selected via a raffle draw conducted by Moneyview and will stand a chance to win iPhone 15 Pro.  

  • You could also win interest-free loans

  • The decision of Moneyview regarding the selection of winners shall be final and binding, and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard. 

  • Winners are required to provide their legitimate contact details within 5 days of the winner’s announcement. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and an alternative winner may be selected. 

  • iPhones awarded as prizes may be of any available colour variant.  

4. Prize Delivery: 

  • Moneyview or its designated administrator will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prizes within 45 days from the date of declaration of results. 

  • Prizes will be delivered free of any shipping charges, but the delivery timeline is subject to variation by the suppliers of the prizes. 

  • Moneyview or its administrator shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of prizes. 

5. Prize Liability: 

  • Moneyview or its administrator shall not obtain any shipment/delivery-related insurance for the prizes. Winners shall assume the risk of damage, destruction, or loss of prizes during transit. 

  • All product and service-related issues/warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer of the prize items. Moneyview is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the prize items, nor is it liable for any defect or deficiency associated with the prize items. 

6. Ownership of Content: 

  • All content generated as part of CTL shall remain the sole property of Moneyview Limited (formerly known as ‘Moneyview Private Limited’ and ‘Whizdm Innovations Private Limited’).
