Here are some things that you need to note before you submit this form -
The Composite Claim Form (Non-Aadhaar) is applicable when your Aadhar number and bank account details are not seeded on the UAN portal.
In such cases, members need to get the form attested by their employer before submitting it to the concerned EPFO office.
Income Tax (TDS) is deducted if the service is less than 5 years (60 months).

Employee Provident Fund (EPF) refers to the monthly contribution made by both the employee and the employer at a fixed rate. The allowance is provided for the employees' retirement benefits.
When you join a company, your employer creates an EPF account on your behalf. Once the EPF account is established, a Universal Account Number (UAN) and a member passbook are issued.
Employees can withdraw the corpus amount at the time of retirement to cover their retirement expenses. Employees can also make withdrawals for emergencies or for purchasing a property. They can use their UAN anytime to check their balance, and manage their account.
But in case you don’t have your UAN, and are searching for ‘PF balance check without UAN number’, you now know how to complete this process.
EPF is mandatory for employees working under companies that have a PF scheme. Every employee of the company is required to maintain a PF account. It is an extremely important asset that you need to build financial security for your retirement. UAN or Unique Account Number is mandatory for online access and withdrawal from your PF account.
Having a PF account helps you enjoy many tax benefits and other perks like free insurance coverage, etc. Keeping your UAN up-to-date is the key to maximizing these benefits. Additionally, this unique number is required for online PF withdrawals.
Yes, applying for an EPF withdrawal online is valid and simple.
It takes approximately 15-20 days for the money to reach your bank account after the withdrawal request has been properly submitted and approved by the employer.
Under Section 80C of the Income Tax Act of 1961, contributions to the EPF are deductible.
According to new EPF regulations, you can withdraw funds from your EPF account without the permission of your employer.
Even though it is not required to provide a PAN card for EPF withdrawal, it is strongly advised. This is because if you provide your PAN card when withdrawing your EPF, you will be required to pay a 10% TDS, which will increase to 30% if you do not provide your PAN.
If you quit your job or leave a company and start working somewhere else, your EPF account will no longer receive monthly contributions. This does not mean the account will be deactivated.
When you join another company under the same UAN, your new employer will open a new EPF account for you. You can then request that EPFO merge the old and new EPF accounts.
If you have multiple EPF accounts, you can consolidate them into one account by submitting an application through the EPF website. You will not only save a lot of time but also have a clean and organized record of your earnings.
