As an SBI customer, you can use their mobile app to report your lost card as well as issue a new card for yourself by following these steps - 

STEP-1: Open your SBI card mobile app and login using your credentials.

STEP-2: Go to ‘Menu’ → ‘Service Request’ → ‘Report Lost/Stolen Card’, and select the details of the card that you lost. 

STEP-3: In case you want to reissue a card, click on ‘Reissue Card’ → ‘Submit’.

HDFC Bank
