I authorize and explicitly give my consent to Moneyview Limited to access, fetch and check my Credit Information Report (CIR) from Equifax Credit Information Services Private Limited solely for due diligence, to process my application and for the limited purpose for which consent is taken. Moneyview Limited assures that the CIR obtained shall be used strictly for the explicitly agreed end-use in compliance with Section 20 and 22 of the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (CICRA) and other applicable RBI guidelines and ensures that there will be no unauthorized use, sharing, passing on, selling, or reselling of credit information to any other third party, including but not limited to any group companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or associates, in violation of the provisions of CICRA, 2005, and other applicable laws.
