Terms and Conditions for the Credit Card VKYC Completion Rewards Program

1. Introduction

  1. These terms and conditions (“Program Terms”) govern your (“User”, “your”, or “you”) participation in the Credit Card VKYC Completion Rewards Program (“Program”) offered by Moneyview Limited (formerly known as Moneyview Private Limited and Whizdm Innovations Private Limited) (“Moneyview”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Program Terms contemplate Program-specific rewards and is subject to our (a) Terms & Conditions (available here); (b) Terms and Conditions for the Reward Program (available here); (c) Privacy Policy (available here); and (d) other policies, as applicable and as may be communicated by us, from time to time (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Terms”). These Program Terms shall be read harmoniously and in conjunction with the Terms. All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them under the Terms.

  2. By participating in the Program, you agree to adhere to these Program Terms and the Terms. 

2. Program

  1. Users can access the Program on the latest version of the App.

  2. This Program will commence on 1st April, 2026 and shall be live until 30th April, 2026 (both dates inclusive) and may be extended by the Company, at its sole discretion (“Program Period”). Any changes to the Program Period shall be specified in the App, where all details associated with our Reward Programs are placed.

  3. To receive a reward of 2500 (Twenty Five Hundred) Mcoins worth INR 250 (Indian National Rupee Two Hundred and Fifty Only) under these Program Terms (“Reward”), you must complete the following steps on the Platform: (a) initiate an application for an Axis Bank or Kotak Bank (collectively referred to as “Banks”) credit card ("Application"); and (b) successfully complete the video KYC process within 48 (forty-eight) hours of landing on the video KYC page in relation to the Application; and (c) receive confirmation from respective Bank of acceptance of your Application (“Acceptance”).

  4. Reward payable to the User under these Program Terms shall be credited as Mcoins to the User’s wallet within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of completion of the Program Period, or within such timelines as may be communicated by Moneyview. 
  5. Each User is eligible to receive a reward under these Program Terms only once. Rewards shall be granted exclusively to Users who complete the KYC verification process via the video KYC, by connecting with an authorised agent through a live video call on the Platform. Customers completing the KYC process through any other methods, including physical KYC or biometric KYC, shall not be eligible to earn Rewards under this Program Terms.

3. Eligibility

  1. In addition to the eligibility requirements under our Terms, the Program is available only to Users who are Indian residents and are at least 18 years of age. 
  2. You understand and accept that not all products, services, and rewards offered on the Platform are available in all geographic areas and you may not be eligible for all the products, services, and rewards offered by us on the Platform. We reserve the right to determine the availability and eligibility of any product, services and rewards offered on the Platform by us. You further agree to not participate in the Program, to the extent that you are prohibited to do so under applicable law.

4. General Terms 

  1. Moneyview reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Program at any time without prior notice.
  2. This Program cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  3. Any attempt to participate in the Program through fraud, misuse, or violation of these Program Terms, the Terms or applicable laws will result in disqualification from the Program. Moneyview reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any User suspected of engaging in fraudulent activities. 
  4. You release Moneyview and its affiliates from all liability for your participation in this Program. Separately, you release Moneyview and its affiliates from liability with respect to third party claims in relation to this Program. 
  5. Moneyview makes no warranties, express or implied regarding the Program or the rewards offered thereunder. 

5. Taxes

  1. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your participation in the Program and the receipt of any cashbacks. 
  2. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moneyview and its affiliates from all losses, claims and liabilities resulting from or relating to any tax obligations (including any interest and penalties) that may arise from your participation in the Program and receipt of any cashbacks.

6. Disputes 

  1. In the event of any disputes regarding the Program, Moneyview’s decision shall be final and binding. The provision on ‘Governing Law and Arbitration’ in the Terms shall apply mutatis mutandis to these Program Terms. 

7. Privacy and Data Usage 

  1. All personal data collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, Users consent to the collection, use, processing and sharing of their data as described in the Privacy Policy.
