These terms and conditions (“MVPL Terms”) govern your (“User”, “your”, or “you”) participation in the Moneyview Premier League (“Program”) offered by Whizdm Innovations Private Limited (“Moneyview”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Program contemplates Program-specific rewards and is subject to our Terms & Conditions (“TCs”) (available here) and Terms and Conditions for the Reward Program (“Rewards Program”) (available here) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Terms”). These MVPL Terms shall be read harmoniously and in conjunction with the Terms. All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them under the Terms.
By participating in the Program, you agree to adhere to these MVPL Terms, Terms, and our Privacy Policy (available here), and any other applicable policies as may be communicated by us from time to time.
To participate in the Program, you must meet the eligibility criteria set out in the Reward Program.
This Program will commence on such date as may be determined by the Company in its sole discretion (as may be specified in the App), and be live only during such period as specified in the App (“Program Period”). where all details associated with our Reward Programs are placed.
Users can access the Program at the MVPL Mcoins Zone on our App, or by clicking on the banner depicting the MVPL Program. To start, Users will have to join one of the available teams to begin participation in the Program. Users will be able to see a dashboard of tasks and predetermined rewards for completion of each task which will be unlocked during the Program term (“Tasks”).
Each subsequent day, during the Program Period, a new Task will be unlocked. Upon completion of such Tasks, a predetermined number of Mcoins (as defined in the Rewards Program) will automatically be credited to your ‘Mcoins Wallet’. Additionally, Users will be eligible to receive bonus Mcoins upon meeting certain milestones during the Program Period. Information regarding these bonus rewards will be provided on the App. Any Task done prior to Program commencement date will not qualify for receiving Mcoins in a manner set out under these MVPL Terms.
Barring the Rewards associated with referrals as specified in the Rewards Program, Mcoins for each completed Task will only be awarded once under this Program. Unless otherwise specified, the predetermined number of Mcoins will not be allocated more than once for any completed task irrespective of the number of successful repetitions by the user.
Users can redeem the Mcoins earned by successful completion of predetermined tasks as per the terms of the Rewards Program. Mcoins earned through the Program will be visible to Users within the App, in the ‘Mcoins Wallet’, where all details associated with the Rewards (such as how they were earned, how they may be redeemed, specific terms, conditions and indicators associated with earning and redemption of the Rewards in relation to a particular Tasks and any limits associated with redemption) are accessible.
Our decision regarding the credit of Mcoins for Tasks completed under this Program are final.
In addition to the eligibility requirements under our Terms, the Program is available only to Users who are Indian residents, and are at least 18 years of age.
You understand and accept that not all products, services, and rewards offered on the App are available in all geographic areas and you may not be eligible for all the products, services, and rewards offered by us on the App. We reserve the right to determine the availability and eligibility of any product, services and rewards offered on the App by us.
Moneyview reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Program at any time without prior notice.
This Program cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any attempt to participate in the Program through fraud, misuse, or violation of these MVPL Terms, the Terms or applicable laws will result in disqualification from the Program. Moneyview reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any User suspected of engaging in fraudulent activities.
You release Moneyview and its affiliates from all liability for your participation in this Program. Separately, you release Moneyview and its affiliates from liability with respect to third party claims in relation to this Program.
Moneyview makes no warranties, express or implied regarding the Program or the rewards offered thereunder.
You are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your participation in the Program and the receipt of Mcoins.
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moneyview and its affiliates from all losses, claims and liabilities resulting from or relating to any tax obligations (including any interest and penalties) that may arise from your participation in the Program and receipt of Mcoins.
In the event of any disputes regarding the Program, Moneyview’s decision shall be final and binding. The provision on ‘Governing Law and Arbitration’ in the Terms shall apply mutatis mutandis to these MVPL Terms.
All personal data collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, Users consent to the collection, use, processing and sharing of their data as described in the Privacy Policy.
