Terms and Conditions for the Moneyview Premier League Program

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Program Terms”) govern your (“User”, “your”, or “you”) participation in the Moneyview Premier League Program (“Program”) offered by Moneyview Limited (formerly known as Moneyview Private Limited and Whizdm Innovations Private Limited) (“Moneyview”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Program Terms contemplate Program-specific rewards and is subject to our (a) Terms & Conditions (available here); (b) Terms and Conditions for the Reward Program (available here); (c) Privacy Policy (available here); and (d) other policies, as applicable and as may be communicated by us, from time to time (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Terms”). These Program Terms shall be read harmoniously and in conjunction with the Terms. All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them under the Terms.
By participating in the Program, you agree to adhere to these Program Terms and the Terms.

2. Program

Users can access the Program on the latest version of the App.
This Program will commence on 28^th April, 2026 and shall be live until 26^th May, 2026 (both dates inclusive) and may be extended by the Company, at its sole discretion (“Program Period”). Any changes to the Program Period shall be specified in the App, where all details associated with our Reward Programs are placed.
During the Program Period, the Company shall make available the tasks and applicable terms and conditions associated with such tasks on the App, which the Users may complete to become eligible to win rewards (“Tasks”). Annexure A of these Program Terms set out the Tasks and rewards that Users may be eligible to earn on the successful completion of the Tasks. You acknowledge that the Company may make modifications to the Tasks and the rewards associated with such Tasks in its sole discretion. Any such modifications shall be made available on the App.
Rewards shall be granted by the Company, in its sole discretion, based on the time of successful completion of the applicable Task. Rewards payable to the User under these Program Terms shall be credited as Mcoins to the User’s wallet within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the completion of the Program Period, or within such other timeline as may be specified by the Company.

3. Eligibility

In addition to the eligibility requirements under our Terms, the Program is available only to Users who are Indian residents and are at least 18 years of age.
You understand and accept that not all products, services, and rewards offered on the App are available in all geographic areas and you may not be eligible for all the products, services, and rewards offered by us on the App. We reserve the right to determine the availability and eligibility of any product, services and rewards offered on the App by us. You further agree to not participate in the Program, to the extent that you are prohibited to do so under applicable law.

4. General Terms

Moneyview reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Program at any time without prior notice.
This Program cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any attempt to participate in the Program through fraud, misuse, or violation of these Program Terms, the Terms or applicable laws will result in disqualification from the Program. Moneyview reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any User suspected of engaging in fraudulent activities.
You release Moneyview and its affiliates from all liability for your participation in this Program. Separately, you release Moneyview and its affiliates from liability with respect to third party claims in relation to this Program.
Moneyview makes no warranties, express or implied regarding the Program or the rewards offered thereunder.

5. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your participation in the Program and the receipt of any cashbacks.
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moneyview and its affiliates from all losses, claims and liabilities resulting from or relating to any tax obligations (including any interest and penalties) that may arise from your participation in the Program and receipt of any cashbacks.

6. Disputes

In the event of any disputes regarding the Program, Moneyview’s decision shall be final and binding. The provision on ‘Governing Law and Arbitration’ in the Terms shall apply mutatis mutandis to these Program Terms.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

All personal data collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, Users consent to the collection, use, processing and sharing of their data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Annexure A

Tasks – Reward Structure and Specific Terms & Conditions

Successfully submit an application for a home loan through the Platform, which is approved by the relevant lending partner.	1,000 Mcoins	This reward shall be made available to a maximum of 1,000 eligible users.
Successfully submit an application for a loan against property through the Platform, which is approved by the relevant lending partner.	1,000 Mcoins	This reward shall be made available to a maximum of 1,000 eligible users.
Activate the Personal Finance Manager feature on the Platform and set a monthly budget.	20 Mcoins	This reward shall be made available to a maximum of 20,000 eligible users. An eligible user may claim this reward only once.
Follow the Company's official Instagram account.	10 Mcoins	This reward shall be made available to a maximum of 25,000 eligible users. An eligible user may claim this reward only once.
Successfully complete a bill payment using the Bill Payment Services offered on the Platform via Moneyview UPI.	20 Mcoins	This reward shall be credited to the User upon the user making complete payment of a bill using the Bill Payment Services offered on the Platform via Moneyview UPI. The reward shall not be credited in the event that the (1) payment made via Moneyview UPI fails or is reversed; (2) user has made only partial payment of a bill. This reward shall be made available to a maximum of 20,000 eligible users. Eligible users may receive up to a maximum of 5 rewards per bill category per month, subject to a maximum cap of 20 rewards per user.
Successfully recharge a prepaid mobile number using the Mobile Recharge Payment Services offered on the Platform via Moneyview UPI.	30 Mcoins	This reward shall be credited to the User upon satisfaction of the following conditions: (1) successful recharge of a prepaid mobile number using the Recharge Payment Services offered on the Platform; (2) the minimum transaction value is INR 50 (Indian National Rupee Fifty Only). This reward shall not be credited in the event that the payment made fails or is reversed. A user shall be eligible to receive this reward a maximum of three (3) times per day, subject to a ceiling of twenty (20) times per month.
Successfully input the registration details of a vehicle for Motor Vehicle Insurance offerings on the Platform.	20 Mcoins	This reward shall be made available to a maximum of 10,000 eligible users. An eligible user may claim this reward only once.
Successfully set up a monthly SIP for digital gold on the Platform.	300 Mcoins	This reward shall be credited to the User upon satisfaction of the following conditions: (1) successfully set up a monthly SIP for digital gold on the Platform; (2) payment for the monthly digital gold SIP is made via Moneyview UPI; and (3) the minimum transaction value is INR 2,000 (Indian National Rupee Two Thousand Only). This reward shall not be credited in the event that the payment made fails or is reversed. This reward shall be made available to a maximum of 250 eligible users. An eligible user may claim this reward only once.
Successful completion of a Peer-to-Merchant (P2M) transaction by a Referee using Moneyview UPI, upon referral to Moneyview UPI by a Referrer.	100 Mcoins	This reward shall be credited to the User upon satisfaction of the following conditions: (1) completion of a Peer-to-Merchant (P2M) transaction by a Referee using Moneyview UPI, upon referral to Moneyview UPI by a Referrer; and (2) the minimum transaction value is INR 50 (Indian National Rupee Fifty Only) using Moneyview UPI. This reward shall not be credited in the event that the payment made fails or is reversed or is made utilising the Payment Services. This reward shall be made available to a maximum of 10,000 eligible users.
User successfully set up their first daily SIP for digital gold on the Platform.	101- 201 Mcoins	This reward shall be credited to the User upon satisfaction of the following conditions: (1) User to successfully set up their first daily SIP for digital gold on the Platform; (2) payment for the such SIP is made via Moneyview UPI; and (3) the minimum transaction value is INR 30 (Indian National Rupee Thirty Only). This reward shall not be credited in the event that the payment made fails or is reversed. This reward shall be made available to a maximum of 30,000 eligible users, who shall further be eligible to receive additional rewards of up to 1,00,000 Mcoins from a total pool of Mcoins valued at INR 5,00,000 (Indian National Rupee Five Lakh Only). The additional reward may be claimed by a user only once.
Successfully complete a one-time investment in digital gold on the Platform.	250 Mcoins	This reward shall be credited to the User upon satisfaction of the following conditions: (1) successful completion of a one-time investment in digital gold on the Platform; (2) payment for such investment is made via Moneyview UPI; and (3) the minimum transaction value is INR 2,000 (Indian National Rupee Two Thousand Only). This reward shall not be credited in the event that the payment made fails or is reversed. This reward shall be made available to a maximum of 5,000 eligible users. An eligible user may claim this reward only once.
Successful completion of a digital gold transaction by a Referee, upon referral to Moneyview digital gold offerings by a Referrer.	100 Mcoins	This reward shall be credited to the User upon satisfaction of the following conditions: (1) completion of a digital gold transaction by a Referee, upon referral to Moneyview digital gold offerings by a Referrer; and (2) the minimum transaction value is INR 100 (Indian National Rupee One Hundred Only). This reward shall not be credited in the event that the payment made fails or is reversed. This reward shall be made available to a maximum of 5,000 eligible users.
Successfully complete five (5) Peer-to-Merchant (P2M) payments using Moneyview UPI.	50 Mcoins	This reward shall be credited to the User upon satisfaction of the following conditions: (1) successful completion of five (5) Peer-to-Merchant (P2M) payments using Moneyview UPI; and (2) the minimum transaction value per transaction is INR 50 (Indian National Rupee Fifty Only). This reward shall not be credited in the event that the payment made fails or is reversed. This reward shall be made available to a maximum of 50,000 eligible users. Out of these users, users who have completed five (5) Peer-to-Merchant (P2M) in one calendar week, shall further be eligible to receive additional rewards of up to 1,00,000 Mcoins from a total pool of Mcoins valued at INR 5,00,000 (Indian National Rupee Five Lakh Only). The additional reward may be claimed by a user only once.
Successfully completion of a transaction in relation to a daily SIP for digital gold on the Platform during the Flash Sale Period.		The Company may, at its sole discretion, make available rewards during a designated period within the Program Period ("Flash Sale Period"). During the Flash Sale Period, users may receive Mcoins from a total pool of Mcoins valued at INR 1,50,000 (Indian National Rupee One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only), upon the satisfaction of the following conditions: (1) completion of a transaction in relation to daily SIP for digital gold on the Platform; and (2) payment for the daily SIP is made via Moneyview UPI. This reward shall not be credited in the event that the payment made fails or is reversed or is made against an auto debit transaction. This reward shall be made available to a maximum of 100 eligible users per day.
