An Aadhaar card is one of the most important identity documents in India. From opening a bank account to applying for a loan, almost every service requires Aadhaar. That’s why it’s essential to keep your Aadhaar details accurate and updated.
Understanding how to update an Aadhaar card is essential to maintaining accurate information and a database for UIDAI. Such information allows UIDAI to maintain smooth operations and service availability.
If your name, date of birth, address, mobile number, or other details have changed, you need to update your Aadhaar card. Here’s a simple guide on how to update your Aadhaar card online and offline, the documents required, charges, and how to check your update status.
