Step 1: Go to UIDAI’s official website.

Step 2: Register on the site via your 12-digit Aadhaar number.   

Step 3: Choose the ‘Order Aadhaar PVC Card’ option under the ‘Get Aadhaar’ category.

Step 4: You need to confirm that the details shown on the screen are correct before proceeding further. Then, click ‘Submit’.

Step 5: You need to pay Rs. 50/- charges for ordering a PVC. You can choose any payment mode you want to use to make the payment.

Step 6: Your SRN (Service Request Number) will be displayed, and you are done. 

Remember or note down the SRN number to check the status later.

How to Track PVC Aadhaar Card?

UIDAI has created one of the simplest procedures for PVC Aadhaar card tracking, which is -

Step 1: Visit the official UIDAI's website.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Check Aadhaar PVC card order status’ link under the ‘Get Aadhaar’ section. You will find the ‘Check Aadhaar PVC card order status’ to the right of ‘Order Aadhaar PVC card’.

Step 3: Enter the 28-digit SRN received during the application for the PVC card.

Step 4: Enter the Captcha code and press ‘Submit’ to know the status.         

Note that the process is free of cost, and anyone with an SRN number can check it.
