Bank of India Balance Check through Net Banking

If you want to check your bank account balance using Internet banking, you need to first register for it. You can always visit your nearest Bank of India branch for any assistance related to registering. But if you want to do it from your home, here are the steps you need to follow.

• Login to www.bankofindia.co.in and go to the Internet Banking section.
• There you need to visit the Online Services section, and start the process of online registration for net banking.
• You will need to put in your account number and mobile number. You will receive an OTP in your registered mobile number which you will need to enter.
• After that you will have to give your Debit Card details like the Debit Card number, expiry date, and the pin. 
• You will now be able to login, and set your password for Internet Banking.
• Post registration, you will easily be able to visit the bank website and click on Internet Banking to check your bank balance.

You will be able to use Internet Banking not only for balance enquiry but for all types of transactions and banking services.

Bank of India Balance Check through Mobile Banking

To check your balance using the mobile phone, you will need to first download the Bank of India mobile app. You can download it from the Play Store or the App Store easily. To register for mobile banking, you will have to follow these steps:

• The first thing to do for mobile banking is to register your phone number. Choose the sim card that is your registered mobile number. 
• The app will verify your sim card.
• You will now have to select a unique username and a six-digit PIN for yourself.
• Once you have logged in, you can choose your primary account for that number. 
• You will then need to provide the details of the Debit Card of that account number.
• Then you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number after which you will be able to use the app to enquire about your balance.

Just like Net banking, you will be able to use the mobile banking app for all kinds of banking services.

Bank of India SMS Balance Checking

To check your Bank of India account balance using SMS, you have to register yourself for the service. You can easily do so using netbanking. If you have access to internet connection, you can easily follow these steps to register yourself for SMS balance checking.

• Login to www.bankofindia.co.in and click on the ‘Mobile Banking’ link.
• Then click on the ‘Star connect Mobile Banking’ link, and login to the mobile banking application. 
• You will be able to use your Net banking or your mobile banking userID and password to login. 
• Put your registered mobile number and set your SMS password, which will be of four digits.  
• Once you have done this, you can simply type BAL <space> <your four-digit SMS password> and send it to +919810558585.
• If you want to find the account balance of an account which is not your primary account, you can send BAL <space> <your four-digit SMS password> <space> <account number>and send it to +919810558585. 
• You will receive your account balance on your phone. 

Bank of India Balance Check through Passbook

Your passbook can be used to check your bank balance as well as all your previous transactions. You can visit your nearest bank branch to update your physical passbook. 

On the other hand, you can also avail Net Banking or mobile banking services to download your e-passbook. You can input an email ID where the bank will send you your transactions in the PDF format.

Bank of India Balance Check using ATM

You can always visit your nearest ATM and use your Bank of India Debit Card to enquire about your bank balance. The following are the steps that you will need to follow to know your account balance using this method.
