Step-I: First you need to insert your Debit Card into the ATM slot.
Step-II: Then you will have to choose your preferred language.
Step-III: You will have to select the type of your bank account. Eg. Savings, Current, etc.

Step-III: Once the verification is done, you will be able to use the app to enquire about your balance. You just have to punch in your PIN, and your balance will be shown on your screen.
As you can see, you have multiple ways to check your account balance as a Syndicate Bank account holder. There is no need to worry about the merger with Canara Bank, as the services you enjoy will not be affected at all. You will continue to enjoy the same if not better customer service.
