If you are looking for quick access to information or want assistance from an agent regarding your SBI credit card, you can call the customer care number (1860 500 1290 / 1860 180 1290) and follow these steps:
Step 1: Call customer service from your registered number and choose the desired language.
Step 2: Press 1 for information about your credit card.
Step 3: Press 1 to enter your card details.
Step 4: Enter your date of birth.
Step 5: Your account details will be read out to you.
Step 6: In the next menu, press 9 to speak to the customer service agent.
You can also call the customer service number from an unregistered mobile number. In this case, you will be prompted to enter your registered mobile number and the last four digits of your credit card.
