Step 2: Click on “My Account” and select “Manage PIN”.

Step 3: Enter the 16-digit card number, your date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format, and the card’s expiry date in MM/YY format.

Step 4: You will receive an OTP on the registered number or email address. Enter the OTP to continue.

Step 5: Enter the new 4-digit PIN and re-enter it to confirm.

After step 5 you will get a confirmation message on the IVR.

You can also use the ILA chatbot to generate a credit card PIN in a few steps.

Step 1: Go to SBI Card and open the ILA chatbot.

Step 2: In the chatbox click on “Login” and enter your credentials to log in. 

Step 3: Once you are logged in, enter “How do I generate the transaction PIN for my credit card?” in the chatbox.

Step 4: Click on “Update PIN”. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
