If you are already at the ATM, this is the easiest method to reset your forgotten ATM PIN -
STEP-1: Insert your ATM card in the slot and choose your preferred language.
STEP-2: Select the ‘Forgot ATM PIN’ or ‘Regenerate ATM PIN’ option from the menu.
STEP-3: On the next screen, you will be prompted to enter your registered mobile number. Make sure you have that number with you at that time.
STEP-4: You will receive an OTP on your registered number, which you will have to enter.
STEP-5: Once the OTP is validated, you will be redirected to a screen where you will be able to set your new PIN.
This process happens immediately, and you can even withdraw money using your new PIN.
You can also reset your ATM PIN from the comfort of your home using NetBanking if you have registered for the same. Take a look at the steps below -
STEP-1: Log in to your bank’s NetBanking portal using your credentials.
STEP-2: Go to the ‘Debit Cards’ section and choose the card whose PIN you have forgotten.
STEP-3: Click on ‘Instant PIN Generation’, where you might have to enter your card details like number, name, and CVV.
STEP-4: Once done, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number, which you will have to enter.
STEP-5: On successful validation of the OTP, you will be able to set your new PIN.
To reset your PIN using mobile banking, all you need is your bank’s app on your phone.

STEP-1: Log in to your bank’s mobile app using your credentials.
STEP-2: Go to the ‘Debit Cards’ section and choose the card whose PIN you want to reset.
STEP-3: You might have to enter your card’s CVV and the OTP that you receive on your registered mobile number.
STEP-4: After the OTP is validated, you will easily be able to reset your PIN.
In case you don’t use the internet or mobile banking, you can also change your ATM PIN by visiting your bank branch. Follow these steps to reset your PIN if you are searching for ‘ATM PIN forgot’ -
STEP-1: Visit your nearest bank branch and request a form for resetting your forgotten ATM PIN.
STEP-2: Fill up the form and submit it to the officials.
