2. Net Banking

Banks offer online services to help customers easily avail of banking services. Customers can track their ATM card delivery status using their online credentials. Log in to your net banking account and navigate to the ‘Cards’ section to see the delivery status.

3. Mobile Banking

The mobile banking apps offer another way to check your delivery status. Use your login credentials and go to the cards section to check your status. 

4. Courier Service

If your bank provides a tracking number, visit the courier service's website and enter the tracking number to check the current status and location of your delivery.

Kotak Mahindra Bank

Once you apply for your Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM card, it will be delivered to your address within 7 working days of your request being submitted. You can track your ATM card’s status by following this step - 

• After the debit card is dispatched, Kotak Mahindra Bank will send you an SMS with the specifics of your package and a link to follow its status. 

HDFC Bank

Follow these steps to track your HDFC ATM card -

• Go to this link and select ‘Others’ from the dropdown menu

• Next, select ‘Deliverables’ and click on the ‘ATM/Debit card’ option

• Provide other details and the page will display the delivery status of your debit card

ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank provides ‘Track Deliverables’ features to its customers to ensure complete transparency during product dispatch. 

• This feature lets you know the status of deliverables dispatched to you by ICICI Bank like cheque book, ATM/ credit cards, bank statements, etc. 

• Internet Banking or iMobile can also be used to track the status of your deliverables. All you have to do is go to ‘Services’ → ‘Check Status’ → ‘Track Deliverables’.

State Bank of India 

There are various methods for SBI debit card tracking. They are mentioned in brief here -

• Customer Care

You can call 1800 1234 or 1800 2100 from your registered mobile number and follow the instructions. After you enter the last 4 digits of your bank account number for validation, the status of your debit card will be told to you. It will also be sent to you via SMS.

• Indian Post Website

SBI sends your card by speed post. Go to the consignment tracking page of the India Post website. Enter your consignment number that SBI must have sent you through SMS. Finally, enter the captcha and click on ‘Search’ to know the status.

• Net Banking

Log in to the SBI net banking portal using your username and password. Go to ‘e-Services’ → ‘ATM cum Debit Card’ → ‘Request / Track Card’ → ‘Track Debit Card’. Then enter the required details and click on ‘Submit’ to know your status.

• Mobile Banking

For SBI debit card tracking, you can use their mobile banking app, YONO Lite. All you have to do is log in using your credentials and go to ‘Manage Cards’ → ‘Physical Debit Cards’ → ‘Debit Card Issuance Tracking’. Then enter the required details and click on ‘Submit’ to know your status.

Axis Bank

Axis Bank users can avail of the AI chatbot feature “AHA” to find their ATM card delivery status.

• The AI bot “AHA” is available 24x7 and allows users to track ATM card delivery status anytime, anywhere

• On the Axis Bank website, access “AHA” and select debit card from the options

• Next, type “Track ATM card status” 

• Login to your Axis account to track your ATM card
